As a former Division I athlete with a passion for sports and storytelling, Cayla Sweazie is a multi-skilled sports journalist.

Sweazie is a writer, sideline reporter, softball color analyst and content creator whose love for sports transcends far past her playing days.

She has covered major sporting events such as NBA & WNBA Allstar Weekends, Men’s & Women’s Final Four tournaments, the Women’s College World Series and more. She is always seeking her next opportunity to tell the meaningful stories that showcase athletes.

As a graduate of a Historically Black College, she values highlighting stories at the intersection of sports and culture.
